Delivery Information
Delivery is for non-shippable items such as large bags of Dry Food over 25lbs and Frozen raw food. There is a minimum food order requirement of $75.00. All items on the website can be delivered in addition to the food order once this requirement is met.
Orders need to be placed by 3:00pm Tuesdays for same week Sunday delivery. If you need a different delivery date please call and make arrangements as we do have some flexibility.
We deliver within a 20 mile radius of Midway Airport with some area restrictions. Delivery charges are $5.00 within 10 miles and $10.00 within 20 miles. Please select appropriate delivery fee in the shipping selection when checking out. If you are unsure of which mileage you fall into please click MAP and scroll down to input your delivery address or call us and we can help.
Orders may also be faxed to 773-586-8384 or emailed. Please include complete billing address, credit card information including expiration date and security code, as well as phone numbers.
An adult needs to be home at time of delivery. Please call or email if you need more details.
Shipping/Return Information
Most orders ship via USPS priority mail or Fed Ex Home Delivery Monday - Friday within 24 hours except holidays. Your order may ship in multiple shipments if we are out of stock on any items in your order but you will be notified if this is the case.
We accept returns on non-food items if they have not been opened or used but you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways and a 15% re-stocking fee. If it is an item that was shipped in error or there is a manufacturer defect than shipping charges will be refunded and no re-stocking fee will be charged. All returns require a return authorization number, so please call or email before returning.
If you have an issue with food items please contact the manufacturer first as many offer a return policy for food. We would be happy to assist you in this matter.
